GotCars.co.za collects personal details (such as Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and Vehicle Interest) only when voluntarily provided through listing registration forms, loan pre-approval queries, or insurance quote requests.

2. Purpose of Data Processing (POPIA Compliance)

In accordance with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), user contact details collected on GotCars.co.za are processed solely to:

• Facilitate direct communication between vehicle buyers and sellers via SMS or WhatsApp.
• Route pre-approval requests to authorized FSP-licensed financial, insurance, and warranty partners (where explicit consent was granted).

3. Data Consent & Sharing

We do not sell user databases. User details are only shared with partner financial aggregators (e.g., LeadSure, Fincheck) when a user checks the explicit consent opt-in box on our lead request forms.
