1. Platform Scope

GotCars.co.za (operated by Westle (Pty) Ltd) is an online marketplace connecting private sellers, independent dealerships, and vehicle buyers across South Africa. GotCars does not directly own, sell, inspect, or guarantee any vehicle listed by third-party sellers on the platform.

2. Buyer & Seller Responsibility

Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect vehicles in person and request official SAPS clearance and mechanical inspection reports prior to making financial transfers. GotCars is not liable for transactions conducted between independent buyers and sellers.

3. Paid Bumps & Featured Listings

Listing promotion services (bumping listings to top of search or homepage spotlights) are processed securely via Yoco. Promotional fees are non-refundable once the boost feature has been activated for the vehicle listing.
